Keynote Presentation by Dr. Colin Williams as part of the Quebec English-Speaking Communities Research Network (QUESCREN) forum entitled “Minority Community Vitality Through Education” held from October 28th – 30th 2018 at Concordia University in Montreal, Quebec.
Moderated by Dr. Richard Bourhis, Dr. Williams discusses Welsh-Language education, multi-lingual education, minority language policies in Europe and much more.
Dr. Colin Williams is an honorary Professor in the School of Welsh and the University of Cardiff and he currently advises the Welsh Government on its Official Language Strategies which has legislative, educational, community vitality strands and much more.
