My very first training session at Golds Gym with a trip to Muscle Beach in Venice, California. This video has been months in the making. I visited on June 29,2016 and finally got a chance to edit this lol. Two of my training partners Rob and Ben went and did some shoulders followed by a few exercises for back. This was a feel the muscle type of day because I was in awe at the surroundings and just wanted to enjoy the moment. There are a very few "out of the body" type of experiences but for me this was sacred holy ground being such a hardcore bodybuilding fan for almost 30 years! Hope you all enjoy the trip!!
